That player ...our next all star isn't wearing a Celtics jersey yet ......he maybe in the 8th grade ...or not even born

Not even born? ;D You're talking a twenty year+ drought. That's pretty pessimistic. Heck, I put it at 50/50 we're in position to draft a future all-star with next year's Nets pick. :)

Should we not ask if any of them will be an all star?

But I guess it would be either sully or smart but there is a lot of depth at the PF and PG spot so it is hard to imagine right now them being all stars

I'll go with Kelly Olynyk.  I know he's already twenty-three years old, but I don't think he's reached his full potential yet halfway through his sophomore season.

His offensive skills are ridiculous, but it's taking him a little while to get up to speed on the physicality of the NBA.  I think he will, and I think that once he does, he'll be a very good NBA player.

DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

TP. That's poignant in just the 180 in terms of how far Gasol's come in the last ten years with his conditioning. There are dozens of players who've ascended beyond their "realistic ceilings" in recent years. How badly ridiculed would one be years ago to predict Millsap and Dragic would be all-star caliber players at this stage?

No, really. Rondo

Pretty safe bet he never makes another one.
He's 30. Taking these guys over him is rather optimistic.

With Rondo being a free agent and being able to pick the perfect spot for himself to play on next year, I could easily see him having a bounce back year and being an All-Star next year. Right circumstances needing to be in place. Just don't see a single one of the young guys being an All-Star for at least 2 years. Really think the next Celtic All-Star isn't playing for them right now.
