Generation Gap Between Celtic Fans - Arbitrary Theory - Agree or Disagree?

I'm 34. It's hard to get excited about the trade in isolation, but I enjoy the possibility of a masterful rebuild. Getting back to contender status with a completely different crew within a few years seems at least plausible. On paper we're doing exactly what you're supposed to: completely cleaning up our salary cap, developing young players, and getting high draft picks. It would have hurt if I thought KG or Pierce got shafted, but I didn't really want to watch them get old as a fringe contender at best (IMO).

It'll be a bummer if in 2-3 years things aren't going as planned, but for now I'm having fun with the potential. If we want to watch the Celtics play in The Finals in the next 5 years, it had to happen.
