7.  Adrian Gonzalez's lack of versatility in comparison to Victor is a big deal.  I am comfortable with Youk, Lowell, Laroche, and Victor at the corners.  And feel much better about C w/ Martinez platooning with Tek.



Gonzalez is so much better than Victor at this point in their careers. It is a bit laughable that you would prefer Victor.  Gonzalez is a better defensive 1b, is younger, is less injury prone, is cheaper ($ wise, not in a trade), is a better hitter.  Lets also remember he plays in one of the worst hitters parks in all of baseball.  The only thing VMart has on him is the ability to play C, but Vmart isnt even an everyday catcher anymore.
