We got bullied and humiliated and we will continue to get bullied with this roster!!! Thanks Danny!! Is there a softer team on the front line in then entire NBA?

?
You simply canNOT allow that to happen on your HOME court on NATIONAL TV without a response.

I agree.
But I fault Stevens as much as Danny.
I think Stevens' system and Stevens himself have a huge influence on whom Ainge acquires.
Noel, Faried and Monroe don't "fit" Brad's system. I don't think we'll ever get any of them or any rebounding or shot-blocking specialist unless they can also pass and shoot (wake up, brad, sounds like a unicorn to me). I also don't think we'll get DMC because golden boy, Brad doesn't want him.
Size matters in the NBA way more than it does in college ball, so the Butler success formula has to be modified to get an animal rebounder, even if he does NOTHING else.
I think you are incorrect in your assessment. For Stevens, I think the #1 quality he looks for in a big man is the ability to defend the pick and roll. This is significantly more important to him than shot-blocking. On offense, he wants someone who isn't an iso-ball scorer.
Ainge isn't willing to commit big long-term money to a role player until he gets another star. Guys like Noel, Faried, and Monroe aren't guaranteed to start if they were the fourth big in a rotation with Horford, Johnson, and Olynyk. I would actually guess that Stevens wouldn't start any of them in that rotation.
