Very good pick n roll defender when healthy, excellent passer, of course he can help. I'd say Danny will at least be kicking the tires on him. Maybe with the apparent changeover about to happen there, you could pry him away without giving up a ton. It probably depends on whoever the new coach winds up being, assuming Thibs gets the boot. You don't give up a ton for him because of the contract. But contract aside, I would take Noah on my team for the next 3 or 4 years as starting center - absolutely. He's a guy you can win a title with (even though he's never won one).
"When healthy" is a very big "if" given his history of knee problems. He had a solid 2013-14 season, but his drastic across-the-board statistical dropoff this past season could be an indication the legs are about to give out for good.
