Stevens led a no name butler crew to oustanding season records and two final four tournaments in the past 4 years. We are talking about no names of no names where the only one hanging on for his nba career life is shelvin mack.

Gordon Hayward's doing more than hanging on.  But yeah, he managed to replicate it again without Hayward, which was incredibly impressive.

I still hate him a little for squeaking by the best Orange team in years that was missing their center Onuaku (thanks Greg Monroe!), but his team played impressively well.

Anyone know when he'll be introduced, and if CSNNE will live stream it online?

So, is he as stubborn as Doc? Will he continue to start Bass over Sully despite Sullinger easily emulates Bass' offerings offensive, with the added benefit of being a quality rebounder?

If so, good hire.

Does anybody recall the Pitino experiment? I am sure is a bad experiment, not having any kind of future intention....I simply could not handle another Celtic Era like 93 to 2001. Suporting this experiment is somethink pout of normal logic

So who's the assistant coach?

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would

Pitino's situation and this situation have little in common, to say something also about how different they are of characters.

Another catastrophic move... ???

Brad Stevens is said to be a 'whiz kid' genius coach.  He took a lower tier Butler program to the NCAA Finals twice.  I'd say he's a pretty impressive pickup.  And Danny obviously doesn't think he's just a bandaid cos he offered the man a 6 year 22m dollar deal.

Besides which.  I'm all in for Wiggins this year!  Who cares if you lose early if you end up in the winner's circle when it counts?

good question. i suspect that the celtics will hire a former nba coach to help stevens. this will be similar to what the redsox owners did for theo.

maybe some one such as bob hill could provide the veteran experience that would help stevens.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Don't know if people've seen this but, here's a summary of the vid:
Stevens is envisioning a new system with Rondo in mind
Looking to extend Sully to the 3 (I think I've heard this part on the forums before)

Really interested to see what he brings as a coach.
