Oh, and the refs continue to screw us...

The refs were fine this game. The issue was this team. So many missed opportunities in this one and we just couldn't seize the opportunity.

Bledsoe block on Tatum and phantom fouls on The Greek off the top of my head.

Dude. Giannis and Middleton both got 4 fouls in the 3rd. That was a golden opportunity. I agree the refs were atrocious in Game 3, but not tonight. This was a gut check and they crapped the bed.

Season over.  What’s next for this franchise? Al is getting old, Hayward is making $30 million plus for the next couple seasons and is down right atrocious, Kyrie is probably leaving, Tatum isn’t as good as we all thought.

Hayward should improve. This isn’t the end of his recovery. Tatum has major strides to make and could improve dramatically, or at least significantly. Jaylen made big improvements and proved his worth this playoffs. Kyrie might leave, might not, who knows. We have one of the best packages to throw at AD. All sources indicate Kawhi will head west. Every team in the east has roster decisions to make... Middleton is gonna look for a max this offseason I bet

Middleton an Giannis on bench most of 3rd quarter and we still get badly outplayed.

Our 2nd half shooting reminds me of our preseason shooting. Awful.

And that’s just sad.

As bad as this postseason has made Kyrie look already, if he leaves this summer after his terrible showing in the postseason - let alone his proclamation of resigning before the season AND making a freaking commercial about wanting his jersey in the rafters - he's going to look reallllll bad.

That said, if we can't get AD for a fair price, then I do hope he walks, along with Rozier. I don't think he can lead us to the promised land as the main guy, based on both his ultimate skill level and his lackluster leadership skills.

Irving for his own reputation he should ought to stay.

But if Davis doesn't come, idc anymore he can leave. Give me Bradley Beal and another point guard. One thing is certain- this team cannot move forward with Brad Stevens. They need a new blood.
What do you think a reasonable move for Beal is?

Something like: http://tradenba.com/trades/rkgibvRi4 ? Just off the top of my head. We'd likely have to throw picks in.

I'd like us to pick Garland if Kyrie walks. Very high potential

C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Disappointed in Gordon Hayward's play this series.....at this point in his return he should be giving us MORE..............

Kyrie Irving TRIED....my God man he can't do it by himself...

Big Al scared to go to the basket...settling for jumpers....

Again on GH - his body language - TO ME - says "I don't care HOW I PLAY...I'm going to be here next season"...

This team PLAYED for one another for ONE QUARTER...1st one.

Not faulting Kyrie if he bolts.

This is EASILY one of my most disappointing Celtics playoff games. Just ABYSMAL.

Agreed.

Kyrie and brown play like they want to win.

Rest of the team not so much.

I am still high on horford but he isnt a center.

Hopefully tatum anf hayward are moved for davis.

Then the team will look alot better.

Kyrie
Smart
Brown
Horford
Davis

jesus,  that team would finish 6th and quit in round one.   kyrie's is a ****ing baby,

A top 3 pg
A top 3 center
And 3 key defensive team players would not finish 6th.

Honestly....

Replacing iso vision tatum and trash hayward for davis and the team is worse?

Not enough talent to contend.  Too weak of a conference to tank.   Strap in for perpetual mediocrity.

For the folks criticizing Kyrie -

His Number 1A (Gordy) let him down. Dude should've given this team MORE - even at this point in his recovery.

TO ME - Gordon Hayward has been the biggest disappointment this series.

I am an ARDENT Gordon Hayward supporter, but here is my thoughts on his play so far:

Everyone is just gonna say Hayward is recovering from his ankle. Well, this is Game #90 and he should be putting up more than just 2 points off the bench.

EXACTLY. I watched the ENTIRE game....I know he is still not 100% but dude SHOULD BE giving us more....

I've been Gordon Hayward's Michael Cohen but I'm not going to Basketball Prison for this guy anymore.

He needs to STEP UP...STOP PLAYING like someone who thinks he doesn't have to worry about being traded.....

The Refs weren't as bad as game 3 but they missed a lot of calls when we went into the paint.

I was making a similar point a couple of days ago - we should go all in, because most of the top East teams are likely going to get weaker.

Philly have to deal with Butler and Harris.
Milwaukee have to deal with Lopez, Middleton and Mirotic.
Toronto have to deal with Kawhi.
We have to deal with Kyrie.

If we can keep Kyrie we have to go all in for AD. It could be a wide open East

That was so bad. One of the most pathetic efforts in recent playoff memory. So much for flipping the switch. This has to be the most disappointing season in the last 20 years. Awful.

We shot 36% overall and 22% from 3, yet we shot 41 3s many of which were open. that right there is how we lost the game.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Eh, the situation isn't that bleak and you know it.  We have young talent and a lot of options moving forward.  Far from a treadmill team.
