Did not realize that when I read the headline. If Giannis never used the word 'flagrant' then I have no issue with his comments. We do push the limits of fouling, Horford is one of my favorite players in the league, but I think he gets to defend with a physicality that other players aren't allowed to. Of course nothing even close to the definition of a flagrant foul.

My guess is he got a leading question about whether he thought the Celtics' fouls were flagrant or bordering on flagrant. When a word is inserted like that it often refers to the way the question is framed. Which is also of course a way of fudging the response to give it the more inflammatory/attention-grabbing element that the question was intended to elicit.
