Giannis will NOT shoot more than 2-3 shots OUTside the paint in the first half .

Every trip down court will be a Giannis drive to dunk or kickout to Middleton .

Opening tip Giannis wants to drive for a dunk .....mark my word.  set the tone .

This is all so,predictable.  Giannis baiting the refs every play down court.

Celtics can't come unglued as the freak goes ape turd crazy the first quarter ....Lebrons like

The game between Houston and Golden State has highlighted the horribly, incompetent officiating in the NBA. Poor officiating had a definite impact on that game.

It's a serious problem that is now come forefront. Officials need to be retrained, or risk fans throwing up their hands and just walking away.

Something needs to be done.

Serious question: Does the league office provide any transparency whatsoever on its process for deciding which officials are assigned to which playoff games?

Learned something new from this - ref assignments for Games 1+2 are set before the series begins. So this isn't a league reaction to Game 1, it was already scheduled. Ditto for Foster in the other series.

It just seems pretty typical for the NBA though. They continue to put really poor officials on big games. I think it is a huge advantage for the Bucks to have Davis and Brothers working tonight...even if this was planned ahead of time

Rockets are losers

just keep complaining about "fake" calls

that last desperate act job by Harden should be a telling sign of what is really going on

what a joker he is

Either Houston gets the whistle tonight or they will be ignored...which is what Foster likes to do to them

Just like back in the Salvatore/Bavetta days, the rub is that the refs the fans think are awful get a lot of chances to bolster that reputation because the league considers them among the best.

After Nate Robinson got tossed from a BIG3 league game last summer and complained about refs, they added a Ref Cam to the referee attire, to where the TV coverage would often show exactly what the player and ref were conversing about after foul calls or lack thereof

I wish the NBA would do that so we can all hear what is said  :P

I hope they don't call....for either teams

this is the playoffs

Harden doesn't understand , that in any sports, in the Playoffs you need to earn it

Don't they just put the most experienced refs on for the playoffs? Saying they continue to put poor officials on big games, they would simply say the most experienced refs are taking the playoffs...

I will be interested to see how the reffing goes with Kyrie. We haven't had a superstar in the playoffs since the days of the big 3. Yeah Giannis will get some calls, but I bet Kyrie will as well.

Only thing I know is it'll be a close game, which I thought even before the ref lineup
