Yep, like I said  ;)

Won 1 road playoff game last year. Already have won 3 this year.

And both guys are definitely making a difference for us in these playoffs. Last season's team would have given up that 15-0 run to the Bucks and likely folded. This year's team, despite that, held firm and kept it close still before building another lead in the 2nd half.

This is not a knock of last year's team and their impressive run, but it shows you that with these guys playing like they are, we have a chance against anyone as long as we play to our potential. We've done that so far.
Have to disagree with this. I think you are mistaking last year's team with this year's regular season team. Last year the Celtics had a whole bunch of games where they fell behind by 20 only to win the game. This regular season, that didn't happen.

Well, last year's team would typically keep it close or go ahead early in road games, give up a little bit of momentum and then have trouble the rest of the game. I'm talking about the road playoff games in particular.

Also w/o Hayward and at times, no Smart and no Brown (during 2nd round)

This year we have them all except Smart.

how about brown?   dude has figured out his roll.  drive hard, 3s and play d.    tatum looks like a statue comparably.  he needs to take it to the rim like jaylen.

Tatum cannot  do that. Not strong enough.

he needs to get there.   i'm sure Tatum will factor in sometime soon.   i just wish he'd get aggressive like brown.

i'm very impressed the way jaylen bear'd down and earned his time this year.

Tatum needs a strength program.....maybe he figured he is out for AD trade and it has affected his game.

Brown has looked really good in these playoffs. His strokes look smooth and he's making good shots even from behind the arc.

Also playing good defense. We typically get torched by Middleton but we held him to 16 points on 5-12 shooting. Brown (and Tatum on some occasions) played him well throughout especially in the 2nd half.

I'm so happy we didn't draw Toronto in round 2

Yep. This is a very important point.

That's why I'm happy we got the 4 seed and not the 3rd. The Pacers-Bucks draw was much better than a Nets-Raptors draw, especially with Oladipo out for the Pacers.
