Btw, Lillard went 3-17 while CJ carried them to the WCF - so celtic fans can climb of dame’s nuts like he’s some vastly superior version of kyrie.  If kyrie has a stud like CJ on his team, maybe we would have made it a more interesting series.

You forgot to account that Dame accounted for 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals. Gotta fit the narrative, I guess. :P

Raptors and Bucks will be a very entertaining series.

I honestly feel our Cs would not stand a chance against both teams anyways.

Bucks should have a slight edge since Kawhi is a one man team.. Siakam though must help. Bledsoe and Lowry cancels each other out so it will be Giannis vs Kawhi...this is like Shaq v Hakeem, wing version...wow.

And Kyrie didn’t? it’s not others were hitting their shots as well.

Agree about CJ carrying them and looking fresh. Lillard had a subpar series for his standards overall, but they won so it'll be mostly brushed aside. Off the bench, Rodney Hood saved them in a few key spots too.

Jaylen says hi. He didn't shot well from the 3 but scored well inside. He's 45% in the entire Bucks series.

Lol beginning to think we messed up by not trading for kawhi.

I wanted him last summer but it seemed the Spurs wanted a "win-now piece", which they viewed DeRozan as. And also, there was some risk involved with his injury + rental status which could explain why he wasn't traded for a while.

Summer Celtic fans:  “We don’t need kawhi... we have Jaylen brown”
exactly forget about the fans though Danny’s a dumbass.

But how were Spurs interested in their package?

How many points did he average, it’s not like he produced like McCollum.

Kyrie has to be thinking why the hell did we not try and trade for Kawhi?

If you gave him many shots that Kyrie took, who knows. Lillard didn't shot more than CJ.

Which series clinching buzzer beater was more epic, Lillard's this year or Kawhi's?

Kawhi's was more of a heartbreaker IMO considering the Game 7 circumstances, with the bounces LOL

Dame's was better because of the difficulty of the shot, being defended by a DPOY candidate and the whole rivalry between he and Russ.

But I loved how heartbreaking the shot would have been for Philly fans, so I might like it more

Brown carried the entire offense last year on his back against the Bucks, what made you think he couldn't?

I don't know how you can really argue that Brown is as good a scorer as CJ McCollum. McCollum has a much more rounded and smooth offensive game. Better three point shooter, better mid-range, better from the charity stripe, better ball-handler and better passer.

However, McCollum didn't score more than 6.8PPG until he was 24, so there's that. Jaylen is also probably better at doing more with less, as he can force himself into the paint and use his athleticism and strength. There's also a 5 year age gap, so the comparison is a bit unfair. CJ is more consistent and more polished right now though
