Good damage control by that unit.  We were losing that quarter by 12 at point.  Ended up just losing it by 6.

Honestly if Philly can't beat our shorthanded team at home then that's pretty sad.  Even if they win this one it would feel like a hollow victory.

Yet they'd celebrate like they just won the title. ;D

All things considered, we weathered that ferocious run and still have a lead. Going to need Kyrie to carry us to the end.

I have no issue with Smart knocking Embiid down on his ass. About time the Celts play with some toughness. What about Embiid's punk move before that, hitting Smart with his forearm?

I don’t think the refs are calling a bad game.  There are a few iffy calls, but that happens to every team in every game.

Embiid is shooting free throws because we keep fouling him.

There was nothing “tough” about that.

It's easy to foul people when they are allowed to take 3-4 steps without dribbling

Some are fouls but what about noncallable knocking Smart to the floor and like 20 other horrid calls. EMIID just flopped....

Obviously Smart lost his temper. But I'll agree with gpap, we need someone to show life on this team.
