Hayward with another pathetic dudder.

He is the reason this team is going to get thrashed in the playoffs.. Maybe round one or 2 but man, if Hayward gives us nothing then we Ain't lasting at all.
Just an absolute useless player right now..
This really takes the cake of your Hayward posts. Next level out of touch

Funny how he wasn’t around during the Cali trip when Hayward was playing well. Coincidence or no  ???
Definitely a very convenient coincidence :P

Open Hield shouldn't be a thing.

Tatums really not trying defensively that was a very inept attempt to chase Hield

Had a feeling about this game - it is a real indicator of where we are after the "Great Plane Ride" and the first three games in Cali. I thought the Clippers game was a bad sign, not because of the loss, but the margin. We were not competitive.

So far tonite looks like a return to form - play well a few games (We have turned the corner) - then back to struggling. Time to admit this team does not work, something fundamental is not right .......... players, coach, system, who knows ? Just hope Danny doesn't ruin this beautiful rebuild by going forward with blinders on. This season has been painful and it will all makes sense eventually, just wait.
Yeah, sorry, but down in the game with 4 minutes still to play in the first half, I am not giving up on them for this game, nevermind this whole year.

You are missing the point - this is the second game in a row Celts have come out flat and playing badly .............................. after yet another reported "turning point". It's a constant pattern this season. Whether we win a single game or not is secondary to the focus and energy we do or do not come out with on a consistent basis. Pulling out a game we should win easily does not bode well for the playoffs.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

He's very lazy on defence - unlike a certain Anthony Davis

Two things I would like to happen this off-season:

Trade for Anthony Davis

Trade Brad for Doc

Give Brad a chance to coach a team with a big man like Anthony Davis.
I agree. You can not expect every year to be a better year than the year before. Stevens ran into stuff he had never experienced before with the team this year. He is, in many ways, still learning. He still has not reached his ceiling as a coach. Let him grow as you would a #1 pick.

Tatum lets Hield get to the basket on a simple cut on the offensive rebound.  Yank him from the game Brad.

Per usual, about three to four possessions too late on the timeout, Brad.  ::)

Good to see Stevens decide to go an extra 2 minutes without calling s time out. This is just sad.

Naw, that would require Brad to hold his players accountable, which is beyond his capabilities, apparently.
