in the last two minutes of games the official should be able to call a foul from a replay.
obvious fouls like that can turn the game.

Good Lord, Brown is a good one on one defender, but he really does struggle at times with help defense and rotations. Dude didn't even pay any attention or try to hedge at all on Fox. Complete boneheaded play.
