Wanamaker is better than Rondo.
This is laughably incorrect. Rondo is averaging 9/7.5/5 off the bench. Kind of production Terry dreams of

If this team needed a role model PG from the recent past right now, it would be Avery Bradley.

Yeah, Terry, the guy ahead of Wanamaker in our rotation, is worse than Rondo

Did anyone actually watch how Rondo played vs the Clippers last night? I watched it on NBATV and put up with their horrible commentary. Sure he scored 24 points but his defense was atrocious. He gave up numerous 3s by not switching and not getting back.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

And Wanamaker is better than Rozier as well.

Wanamaker is shooting 50% from three and 90% from the line.

The years this site went through crying for Ainge to dump Rondo because he didn't play defense, was a terrible leader, pounded the ball too much and put getting assists above easy layups were many. No ball movement and very little off ball player movement we're common complaints. Most of this site was thrilled with Rondo being traded.

So a few years later now suddenly people here are clamouring for Rondo, a guy that doesn't play defense, is now perhaps not a complete waste of a leader, pounds the ball too much and puts getting assists above easy layups.

Is this Bizarro World?

Rondo is also a jerk. Which is why he keeps getting traded.

I agree that he is. Both are worse than Rondo.

This just proves you don't know what you're talking about. Rondo has literally been traded once in his entire career.

Sorry, I meant keeps moving from team to team.

Wanamaker is still better than Rondo or Rozier.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

At CelticsBlog there was a tradition of opening threads in order to advocate for bringing back a former Celtic. They were called Bring Back threads.

And now on CelticsStrong, l think we have had a Bring back IT thread and now a Bring back Rondo thread.

Some traditions live forever!🍀🍀🍀🍀

I've been lobbying for bringing back Rondo since he left ;D

Yup there was one of those. If I remember right it was to bring him back out of retirement that first year
