Tatum is the best in the nba for going for head fakes.
So we got that!

Yeah I'm turning this TV off. It's either that or I'm damaging my TV soon with the remote.  :P

Mook and Kyrie didn’t communicate on that last possession, Kyrie was with Capela so Mook went to switch and didn’t tell Kyrie who had to run to Paul who drove past him and passed out for a 3
a 15 year old child could tell that that is no way to "close out" on the 3pt line...that was patetic by kyrie

all Kyrie does is switch to the point he tries to guard the easiest situation (player on top of the key waiting for a pass)

He is never involved around the action. Doesn't backpeddle to try to strip the ball, or take a charge or grab an offensive rebound

pure shortcut defense
That must be why he averages 1.6SPG, is top 25 in the league in deflections, is 7th in the league in loose balls recovered and is top 25 in charges drawn per game. All those shortcuts

watch the game

you telling me he is playing inspired exceptional defense tonight??

be real
No, tonight he is playing garbage defence like basically everyone else on the team.

You're the one saying things like "he's never ____" which is provably incorrect. Criticise all who are playing badly, not just the players you irrationally hate

I’m numb to this team now so whatever happens happens.

I'm getting to be that way, mainly to protect myself.
Honestly it’s not worth the aggravation at this point. Watching this team makes me want to punch a baby in the face. It’s terrible.

Good news guys! Our next game is @Golden State!

I’ll trade the clippers pick back to the Clippers for Doc right about now. Might throw Tatum in the deal to sweeten it for the Clippers.

Idk I have a morbid fascination with looking for all our defensive mistakes..I’m kind of watching this dispassionately right now because I’ve given up on regular season I want to see if they will fix these issues for the playoffs
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

It’s amazing how efficient kyrie is able to shoot despite being surrounded by scrubs.  He did this same thing his rookie season on Cleveland ... somehow managed to shoot 47%/40% despite having bums around him.

Houston has given a masterclass on how to exploit our switching defense brad has 20 games to figure it out
I think the only class Houston is giving is how to beat a defense that isn't trying in the least. Boston's defensive system is not the problem, it's the effort on defense from the players that are the problem.

Same system last couple of years made the Celtics the first or second best defense in the NBA. But the players in those defenses gave great effort so the system works.
