I will note here that they came back from being down 26 in the 3rd last year to beat this team.

Yeah and several other games too. But this team isn't getting it done this year. Their season is over.

These guys just aren't confident on the offensive end. Too many pump fakes and hesitation.

And Morris... what the hell are you doing getting defended by Harden?!?
They aren’t confident anywhere.

Looks like Kyrie has mentally checked out. Stevens just stands there. We suck on offense. We suck on defense.

I agree for this game at least, Kyrie looks checked out.  Not paying attention on def, his head just isn't in the game.

The play that really summed up that half? When C's down 10, they get the turnover, and then Jaylen travels on what should have been a wide open fast-break layup to cut it to 8. Instead HOU then goes on a run and that's that.

If we hadn’t just seen the Raptors humiliate the C’s I might say this was the most embarrassing half the C’s have had this season. But I guess the bad ball they’ve played v. weak teams probably is worse. I am so disappointed in this team.

That’s not a foul what BS
harden has the refs in his pocket

There are millions of dollars from Adidas being funneled around. Hardens business is big so they have to market him with BS points

Harden likes his cubs ::)

If you ignore everything that happened prior to this season, a team of Kyrie Irving and role players barely winning 50 games makes a lot of sense.
Lol. I wish I could ignore that. Too bad I actually expected us to not be utter utter garbage

Can you blame him? It seems like no matter how good or bad he plays, his teammates play the exact same way and we suck.

My confidence in him staying is waning, and it's the teams own fault

Brad needs to make adjustments to how they're defending Harden at halftime. Rockets are looking at switching a big (Baynes or Horford) onto Harden at the top of the key when Harden brings it up and he's getting to the rim easy. Either don't switch or if you do they need the help to come earlier and just risk giving up the 3.

Rockets were lights out from 3 we were terrible...some were makeable but some of the 3s were bad options.

I just think they need to settle down...they're playing nervous and tight. When you do that luck, bounce of the ball, tends to go against you. Obviously this is a good team they're playing against but just settle down in the 2nd half, take it possession by possession, forget about the lead. It starts on the defensive end where the switching is not decisive and they're getting burned.

Take Kyrie out of the mix and I bet our record really isn't that different.

If Brad is such a genius and Kyrie is a 1A superstar then why does this team continue to take bad shots and have  empty possessions consistently?

We'd likely be a lot closer to .500
