Sad, but true. In our last 106 3-point attempts... we've made just 22 (21% rate). YIKES

Sherrod brought up some stats at halftime on the shot attempt profile: for Houston Harden has 16, Gordon 8, CP3 5, Tucker and Capela 3 each then Rivers and Green 3 each off the bench. For Boston Horford and Brown have 6, Kyrie, Rozier, Tatum have 5, Hayward and Smart 4, Mook and Baynes 2. We have a distributed shot profile but only Jaylen, Kyrie and Al are shooting .500. Smart Hayward and Mook at 0-10.

Get the ball in Kyrie's hands more we need buckets early in the first half to stop the bleeding.

I wonder how many of those are contested and how many aren't.

On the plus side, Clips winning in NY, and a Houston win today puts the C’s behind the Rockets in draft order.  If Sac can come through with a few losses with Bagley out, Celtics could be looking at 13, 18 and 21 - or so, with Memphis rolling over.

Ok - not much of a silver lining.

LOL, TP for the attempt, NG!

Really, though, there's so little to be hopeful about. This team is a trainwreck.

IDK anymore what to say..

We would be lucky if we get this lead down to 15 before the 4th but even that I'm not optimistic.

Hayward has been the worst max player I've ever seen.. And he is not even 30.

We need play makers that knows how to drive to the rim and make plays there..we need a Danny Green or Prime Korver type player that can score easily in bunches.

Just an uninspired line up we have that do not play with all their heart.

nwver thought id say it but I miss IT4

Why wouldn’t you? Loved being a Celtic and left everything on the court. Carried this team on his back plenty of nights unlike some other drama queen we know.
I think there's going to be an opportunity this off season to bring him back when Kyrie signs elsewhere.

Danny should have just signed Thomas to come off the bench

after all that happened to IT4.... he still went to Ainge and asked him if there was a spot for him in the lineup

Ainge closed the door

Give them all to NOP along with Tatum.

Do we want that?? Over the last 2 seasons (38 game sample size, I know, but still) he has looked shocking. Inefficient, worse defence than before and injury-prone.

Either our offense is bad, or Houston's defense is actually elite. They are just smothering our guys and making plays while we leave two Houston guys open on their possessions.

And Tatum leaves Eric Gordon alone again.  He should be yanked from the game for that.

He wasn't healthy - and with a team that was supposedly primed to contend for a title, it wouldn't have made any sense to bring him back.  If he's past his hip problems - I'd consider it.  Granted he'll still be a liability defensively but this team could really use his attitude about now.

THIS TEAM HAS CHECKED OUT. I THINK I WILL TOO. DON’T GET PAID ENOUGH TO WATCH THIS.
