Kyrie is a empty stat sheet stuffer. His stats don't equate to wins.

Stop blaming Brown. He's a bench player and not even getting major minutes.

This team is disjointed. I truly feel none of them like playing with Kyrie. Its obvious.
It really is funny when people say a guy who averaged 30/4/3 in a historic Finals comeback, including hitting one of the biggest shots in NBA history to win a championship, produces stats that don't lead to wins.

Literally can't make this stuff up

Lol. Not to mention if Kyrie was as toxic to the team as some suggest, Ainge probably would've looked into moving him at the trade deadline.

I'm sick of guys always throwing Kyries stats up. Explain how they beat the Sixers and lose to the Bulls? I will wait?

Horford shut down Embiid, yet tonight he was a non-factor defensively.

The Bulls shot at a very high percentage tonight (unlike the Sixers) which means our defense tonight was awful. If you want to attribute some of that bad defense to Kyrie, by all means. But, he's not the only one.

Also, we beat the Sixers twice with Kyrie

LOL. You said Kyrie's stats don't equate to wins, and I provide a clear example of them doing exactly that. Did Kyrie's play during our 16 (15 of which he played in) game winning streak last season also not contribute to wins?

Maybe it's Rozier scoring 3 points? Or Hayward scoring 5? Or Smart scoring 6? Blaming a guy who dropped 37/10 for a loss is plain lunacy. You clearly hate Kyrie, and it's making you reach for the most far-fetched claims.
What about when he didn't play and Brooklyn beat us? Or Utah? There's just no logic to this. How about making the players who are playing badly and the coaches who are coaching badly accountable for their own actions

Kyrie is the leader, he wanted his own team and this is what it looks like. Horford is the leader and guys respond to him and play inspired. Keep making excuses for Kyrie and who cares if he got 37 pts. No one else felt like they got involved. Tatum had it going and got 8 shots.

That's not on the guy with 10 assists. That's on the coach for not calling more shots for him.

Call out the right people. Stop blaming Kyrie for the errors of others, it's silly.

I've been watching this team for far too long (my first Celtics game was 1985 when I was a little kid) to get worried if any single player comes or goes  ;D
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Pretty much how I feel. But I think it fair to acknowledge that if Kyrie walks for nothing and Davis doesn't come it puts off the Celtics being a real viable contender for many years. 3-4 at least.

WHY is it at the feet of Kyrie? What do you want of him? Do you want him to put up triple-doubles nightly??

How is this the fault of a guy who put up 37/10/5 and our literal only positive +/-???

Haven't you heard? It's Kyrie's fault that Hayward, Tatum, Brown and Rozier don't always play up to their capabilities. Kyrie is literally blindfolding them during games.

At this point ... If he leaves, it'll be really bad, but at least it would probably create a culture change.

These are the decisions Danny has to wrestle with - it's not just about pushing in your chips and going for broke for this year, he has to make sure the team is viable and contending over the next decade. It would have been easy to trade Rozier to make this season better  but we may need Rozier if Kyrie walks. We have more players than minutes right now and it's been clear all year that people have struggled with lesser roles - the logical thing to do would be to ship some players out but we need to a) have assets for an AD trade; and b) have players in case Kyrie leaves and we don't get AD. It's a difficult balancing act.

I don't think we would end up tanking if Kyrie left but it would definitely cause a realignment of the team. On the plus side expectations for the team will drop (like they did in the playoffs last season) and many of us might actually start enjoying watching a bunch of scrappy underdogs overachieve again

My only goal for the team at this point is for Smart and Horford to spend the rest of their careers here.

As long as Smart is passing the ball like a basketball player and not like a quarterback.
