Neither.

Impressive win, but we also got away with a little bit of murder. Tatum's offense was shaky, Hayward's late turnover could've been costly and Smart almost singlehandedly took us of the game with all his missed 3s. Plus, Rozier didn't do a whole lot.

Nonetheless, it's still a big win against a good team and something for us to build on. Also minus the late turnover, Hayward was good tonight.

Doesn't change much for me since I don't fear the Sixers. Won on their floor without Irving and Baynes to run the season series to 3-0 in our favor. They're not the team we have to beat in the East.

The Pistons are a trap game, so expect panicking to occur should the C's lose.

A little bit, but Philly wasn't who I was worried about anyways.  It is the Bucks and Rapt.

Plus we knew they would play better tonight after those poor efforts the last two games.

I think we win a 1st round series against Philly or Indy.

right. this team still has to show they can play for 48 every night

brad has to prove he can demand adjustments and the players not tune him out? will they listen? will brad fix his bad rotations at times?

and can the players use discipline to know when to go to hoop or when to shoot a J?

we have struggled with all those for 3 years!

im gonna need more than just anecdotal evidence of tonight

great win tho

We panic every loss

It's so true. This is the most emotionally fragile fanbase in the league.

I mean, this just kind of highlighted our main issue - we don't give consistent effort and intensity. We've shown that we're as good as anyone in the league when engaged, but we just don't consistently give that type of effort and intensity.

Perhaps this won't matter in the playoffs, when we seemingly should be engaged every game against top competition. But regardless, that's a terrible habit that is not indicative of a true championship-level team.

Watch, we'll probably get blown out by the Pistons at home tomorrow now  ;D

Perhaps you should take a look over at Liberty Ballers.

This is the same with every team, especially teams with expectations. Sports fandom isn't necessarily an exercise in the rational. lol
