Something is off with this team. Last year they were grittier and better on defense. They were a better team last year down the stretch and into the playoffs without Kyrie. It makes zero sense that they are not a better team this year with him. He is obviously a great talent but it makes you wonder if some of these guys don’t like playing with him. Seems like they don’t play for each other this year.

It's not Kyrie. Granted he was awful in the first 3 quarters but the team just got lazy and they underestimated the Lakers. Their players are better than we all thought (especially Kuzma.)

These suggestions come out every time Kyrie has a bad game. Pretty sure he wasn’t responsible for LA scoring 42 points in the 3rd or the Lakers making 21 3FGs. At some point each player had to take responsibility for his own performance. Kyrie should be held accountable for his bad shooting but other players need to step up as well.

As for the question I can think of many games we would have lost if not for Kyrie.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Kyrie has a problem with sharing the ball closing out close games. He trusts nobody but himself. Everyone stands around while he decides which one on one more he will make. And the worst part of this is THE OTHER TEAM KNOWS IT.

Also hurts that when he does share the ball down the stretch the other guys choke

I be lookin when he balls out. It's always crickets. And quite frankly, he's been our most consistent guy all season by far. I never see these threads when Tatum drops 7 points.
