Harris will be an unrestricted free agent who will get Max or near-Max offers.
Not really about this comment ... just thinking about Tobias' payday

I was thinking yesterday that this was a bad trade for Tobias Harris. I think his production is gonna take a big hit going to Philly. Not going to get as much time on the ball. As much PnRs. As much shots. And with that falling production, I think his big payday could take a major hit this summer. I feel sorry for him.

So I think there is a good chance Philly won't have to pay him as much as everyone expects right now.
I don't think teams are going to let 20 deflation in his stats determine what they offer him.

I also think he has a lot of leverage against the 76ers, if he leaves they traded multiple first round picks for a rental.

If all 5 are on court, there is no where to hide a weak defender.  How effective is Irving going to be when he's having to chase Redick through screens all game?

It certainly going to be a problem but same holds for the sixers....Where are they going to hide JJ on defense? KI will have a party and Smart will keep posting him until long after the game

Also, the Sixers still don't have an answer for Kyrie IMHO. And without a shot Simmons remains a liability on offense especially late in games. That makes a big difference.
Kyrie was always going to be a problem for the Sixers.  The trade at least means they'll be able to take advantage of Irving's defense and if he has to expend a lot of energy on defense that may hamper his offense.  With Embiid, Redick, Butler and Harris on the court, Simmons shooting issue will be a lot harder to take advantage of.
