Orlando Magic president Jeff Weltman and GM John Hammond consider the Fultz acquisition as a low-risk, high-reward proposition. Magic will proceed with his arrival as long-term project and like chances w/ Steve Clifford and his staff getting to work with the former No. 1 pick.

Well with Simmons is gonna be a good get for the Sixers to improve their depth.

And Danny sitting on his hands, watching his assets dwindle in value, and most likely going to lose some of them for nothing.

Thats a good haul for Fultz

The fact that he's a #1 means his salary is a bit uncomfortable, but he's 20 years old. I'm glad he's gone from Philly. He's had zero impact, but I always worried he was a grenade that might go off. He may never be a significant NBA player, but if he ever got his head together, Philly would have been impossibly loaded.

Conley is staying in Memphis and the Clippers still have some decent players

If the ping pong balls fall our way, we could have all 4 first rounders

thats is a stretch.

LAC more likely to fall oout of playoffs, Memphis more than likely to fall into higher lotto

The Knicks plan to keep DeAndre Jordan but intend to grant Wes Matthews a buyout once the trade deadline passes, league sources say. Matthews is at the top of the buyout brigade with expected interest from Indiana, Golden State, Houston and maybe more.

Meh...at this point anything the Cs achieve will be icing on the cake. This season has felt a bit doomed from the start. Hayward not being close to himself, the Kyrie mess, the chemistry issues, the underachieving play.

Boston is clearly the 4th best team in the East now and are true underdogs.

thats the thing, team has not addressed lux tax implications, nor have they addressed the needing of a roster spot or 2.

not to mention the front court hole.


Deadline is an absolute failure for the celtics.
