Can't shoot 3s. Pass.
Yeah, we like our big men skulking around the perimeter and allergic to rebounds!

Ainge must realize that this is not a route to a Championship.
Wait, you mean RJ87 isn't better at running an organization than Ainge??
A simple review of our offense shows that DeAndre Jordan has very little fit.
There is a strong correlation with 3pt% to Minutes. It looks better as a chart, but don't feel like going through the work of uploading img.
Tier represents our preconception at the start of the season of where people would play:
Player          Mins   3pt %   Tier
Kyrie Irving   32.6   41.2%   Starter
Jayson Tatum   31   38.2%   Starter
Al Horford           28.3   36.2%   Starter
Jaylen Brown   26.1   32.7%   Starter
Gordon Hayward25.8   31.4%   Starter
Marcus Morris   27.3   41.8%   Bench
Marcus Smart   26.7   36.2%   Bench
Terry Rozier   22.9   35.4%   Bench
Aron Baynes   14.7   32.6%   Bench
Daniel Theis   14.9   39.0%   Situational
Semi Ojeleye   10.5   29.2%   Situational
Within the buckets, people are getting minutes based on 3pt shooting. Clearest example is Marcus Morris. We know that he wasn't supposed to be a starter on this team, but he shot his way into the starting lineup.
If this is a coincidence, it's a really good one. Based on this data, their plays and how they move the ball, I am pretty certain that the Celtics
do not want players who cannot shoot 3s. Furthermore, the next time someone asks why Semi Ojeleye isn't seeing many minutes: it's because he can't shoot 3s. If he starts shooting 40% from 3, he'll be in the starting lineup within a week.
They will not go after Jordan unless they're planning on changing everything about the way that they play. </thread>
