the double team on towns is working very well.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Glad I stayed up.  GH in all-star form.   Great to see.

Is Morris hurt?

I'm really happy for Gordon and his family.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

All we have to do is play Minnesota 82 times per season and Hayward will average > 30 PPG.

Just a different team when Hayward is confident and engaged.
if this is the hayward the celtics get in the playoffs, the celitcs can win it all.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Someone needs to show this game tape to Hayward every time he is hesitant the rest of the season

Just to be safe, I would show it to him before every game. We don't want to take any chances  :P

Why are we getting doom and gloom? The Celtics are going to win this game, and near every one played well for once.  We're winning on the boards for the first time in 3 years.  We're shooting the heck out of the ball.  And the defense has been solid.

Great block by Brown right there.

It's weird when people are being negative for no reason, huh?

Jayson's pulled another no-show. We've actually been good on the boards this season when all of our bigs are available.

There seemed to be concern that we'd blow the lead.

If anything, this has been the best possible outcome.  No one's success matters more than Gordy's right now if we are going to make another deep playoff run this year.

It’s a New England thing to always be pessimistic. The glass isn’t half empty there’s nuthin’ in it!

Is Morris hurt?

He hurt his shoulder/neck on a hard drive to the hoop in the beginning of the 4th

So maybe kyrie is the problem?

I really think so. That 8 game win streak only happened because he was out. Those Washington, Toronto and Philly OT wins likely wouldn't have happened if he played.
