Watching on a bit of a delay and just caught up to live tv, but that was such a frustrating start. Start off with great energy on both sides of the ball, and Bud calls a timeout when it’s 10-1 Boston.
The Bucks subsequently come out on a 16-0 run and Brad simply refused to call a timeout or do anything to change the momentum, which set the tone for the rest of the half.
That kind of crap is so frustrating by Brad. That’s simple in-game management that can have drastic impacts on the game, yet he consistently fails to make the right call in those instances.
Other than that, seems to be same old, same old Celtics - inconsistent and overreliant on the three point shot. Rozier is just God-awful and actively hurting the team while on the court; can’t wait until he’s someone else’s problem. Brown at least showing signs of life again.
I said the same thing. I mean obviously the team's struggles aren't entirely on Brad, but it's one thing for the Bucks to go on a 8-0 run, then call a TO, and the Bucks go on another 8-0 run rather than straight 16-0 without a TO. Sometimes the players just don't have it. But at least try to intervene,
especially if we were having severe defensive breakdowns and stagnant offense while the run is happening. In that context, letting the score go from 1-10 to 17-10 was unacceptable. Should have called a TO when the score 9-10.
