Should've had Williams in to rebound that free throw

Mother***** I'm so ticked off. What a freaking dumb decision by Brad. This is the crap I'm talking about; he's just not great at in-game decision-making. Probably just blew this game because he tried to get too cute with strategy and effed it up for us.  >:(

I don't mind the strategy, but there can't be that many green jerseys in the paint to come up empty on the rebound. Especially to the shooter. We secure rebound, this is over.

Rozier didnt box out the shooter smdh..

Why was Rozier in the game?

He's generally a good rebounder.  I don't fault that.

Needed to box out.

Rozier was sulking on the bench even after Tatum made the dunk to put us up 3.  Then he fails to box out.

Yeah, great strategy, Brad.  ::)

What a freaking dumb decision there with that much time left.

I thought the same thing.  Might want to tell your players to box out too.  Kind of important you know?

It would have worked if they had boxed out and got the ball back with 2 pts up

But the plan was to get the ball back only up by one with no time off the clock. Then what? You hope to hit both of your FTs and do it all again.

Or, you can guard the perimeter and give up the 2 if necessary. At least a few seconds would have come off the clock. Embarrassing strategy by Brad there.

Love the European approach of sending them to the foul line to avoid the 3. We just got unlucky.

Perhaps we should have put both Williams and Baynes to secure the rebound? Oh well, s h i t  happens.

Awful strategy in the first place. No time came off the clock and you are fouling a knock-down FT shooter. What a pansy way to play.

Brad must want the Wiz to win this one.

I agree.  We were up by 3.  Why don't we just play good Def and guard the 3 close, I guess give up a layup at the worst.  Fouling and them scoring with no clock moving seems like the worst option.

Yes give up the two!!!

Good decision to foul Beal. Rozier and Tatum didn't sink. I don't see how it was a coaching mistake.
It wasn't a coaching mistake it was just awful execution by Tatum and Rozier. But some have an agenda against Stevens so it must have been his fault.

I agree. Bad execution perhaps, but the plan was fine.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
