What a recovery by Tatum to make that block.

Yes. His passing has not been good today in particular.

A little. The passing hasn't been good so far this year. On a team full of good passers, it's been a disappointment....

Yes. His passing has not been good today in particular.

Yeah, his bounce passes to Horford have been low and with poor spacing several times.

Horford looks like he needs a vacation. Think we have enough depth to let him take one.

The effect the addition of Smart, and to a lesser extent Mook, has had on the starting unit is pretty drastic.

As a lot of us have been saying, most of this simply comes down to a lack of energy and consistent intensity based on chemistry issues and us being in our own heads. When you have to blue-collar dogs like Mook and Smart out there, that kind of stuff gets pushed to the back because they set the example.

I think Smart in the starting lineup needs to be a permanent thing until Hayward recovers enough to be that extra playmaker we need.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Nice block Tatum.

C's need to sustain on both ends.  They let up on both ends when they get a comfortable lead.  No lead is comfortable.  Pels have a great shot at taking this game.

not seeing why he should be pushing his offense on a night when the rest of the team isn't having one of its 'brick' nights

The only way the Celtics are going to win this thing is if they maintain pace. Pelicans are dragging at both ends.

Bench has looked good.

Mike Vrabel, on the other hand? Is not looking good.

Amazing how the Pats have beaten great teams like GB, CHI, HOU, etc yet somehow lost in ugly fashion to the freakin' Lions, Jags and Titans.  ???

Pats just doing their old friends Patricia and Vrabel a favor and letting the Jags feel a bit of redemption. They wanted to play the underdog role and not go undefeated.
