I don't see him getting above a 14 points average this year........then when healthy , maybe 15 points per game. Unless somebody gets traded.

There was already thread about this where people made a lot of predictions. I recall many posters recounting that he would put up about 20ppg, 5, and 5 and be an all-star. I said he would average something like 13,3, and 3 on bad efficiency and was immediately attacked for "trolling." I can point to the thread for anyone who is interested.

Given how many scorers there are on this team I can see Kyrie averaging 20+ due to his usage and brown, Tatum, Hayward, Morris, Horford, and Rozier all averaging between 10-15. Nearly everyone on this team will regress from last seasons basic stat lines there’s not enough touches for everyone. What they can try to do is be more efficient with what they have. Unless they somehow start to average 150 a game
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

That was before the season right? Now maybe a different view point based on the team.

The thing is It could be simple to figure out that he would not get close to 20 based on the players that are pretty good themselves.

I dont even think that putting him low on average is a dig at him...because it would happen to any good player. The thing is that he is not as good as some people assumed coming out from his playoff run and all star.

You mean his last season with Utah? As if people were overrating him after being traded to us pre-injury?

I think the board was fairly split in regards to the expectations for Hayward coming to Boston. Everyone was confident that he was a good addition, but to what extent was where the divergence emerged. In his last season with Utah, he was a legitimate all-star and a two-way player at that; I think, if he were totally healthy and never got hurt that he could have come in and averaged 16 points and maybe continued his 5 and 5. But after the injury, I'm not quite convinced.
