And Rozier is questionable tonight.

Interesting that as Hayward was looking better lately, this is listed as ankle soreness and not rest.

Let’s hope Jalen will finally have a good shooting game.
“Being a Celtic is, every decision you make is about the team. Every cut you make is about the team. Every pass you make is about the team. You take yourself out of it. It’s not for everyone. If you don’t want to win, don’t want to play team basketball, and it’s more about you then you’re probably not a Celtic." Doc 2010

That's if he even sees the ball. I expect a ton of Mook and Kyrie shots tonight, with some Tatum shots thrown in. Hayward kept the ball moving for everyone.

Seems mostly precautionary, especially with another quick turnaround in NO on Monday night.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Looks like they might be saving Hayward and Rozier for AD and the Pels.

This team plays better with adversity.

This team also seems to play better when there's players out because they tend to thrive on more minutes and more responsibility.

Though if they blow out Dallas I wonder how long before someone says "look how good they're playing without Hayward it's just like last year, clearly Hayward's the problem!"

I think Danny Ainge is more cold blooded than that.  I think he would trade those guys in the middle of a game if it got him AD.

However... If I'm New Orleans I hang up the phone in any deal for AD where Tatum isn't involved.

I’d gladly offer Tatum and Brown and all our picks for Davis. Would think Danny would too.

Does report specify which ankle?

I’m on board with that. But would need to send salary too.

This team plays better with adversity.

They play better when the individual players play more aggressively.

Which they do, when there's adversity--players out....instead of waiting around for someone else to do it.

Also remaining players get more minutes and get more comfortable as the game goes on.

Yeah, definitely "not rest."

Yup and it shows that they're not lacking talent.

Too bad.  He is coming along nicely.  Starting to look more comfortable out there.
