Blues' Ivan Barbashev suspended one game for hit on Bruins' Marcus Johansson

Bruins should take advantage of this in Game 6.

In a letter published by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on Sunday, St. Louis Blues owner Tom Stillman thanked his fans after "the elation of breaking through and bringing St. Louis its first-ever Stanley Cup."

One problem: The Blues haven't actually won the Stanley Cup yet. The letter, as well as a few congratulatory advertisements, appeared in the digital edition of the newspaper hours before the team was scheduled to play Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final against the Boston Bruins, leading the series 3-2.

The ad pages were visible in the subscribers' only E-edition of the paper and were removed. But not before more than a few readers noted them, and they hit social media.

Hope the Bruins mop the floor out of their bums at their house tonight. Hate St. Louis and practically anything St. Louis now.

Cool find - would sure be nice for this to be the Bruins version of the confetti game from Philly. This is some serious bulletin board material!

Priceless! Feeling more confident after seeing that.

I am bit bummed though our player who was injured in that one game suspension that cost us game two is still out. I would like to see a change in rules on that. If you are suspended for illegal hit that results in injury, you should not be allowed to play until other player is. This is a big advantage they have gotten for multiple games in that hit to head. Does not seem fair.

It's do or die tonight, hopefully the boys can keep the dream alive for one more night. My confidence isn't high, but here's to pleasant surprises.

I like your proposal, but it could lead to a slippery slope of players delaying return from injury if it keeps the other team's player from playing

Super nervous! This series needs a game 7 in Boston!! We need a Rask out of this world performance tonight. That first period they will be buzzing around him is my guess.

I'm terrified about tonight. The first line BETTER wake up tonight or the season likely ends in 3+ hours.

Yeah, we need our forwards to show up, and the refs to wake up.

Rask was dominant in that period. Glad to be up 1-0 but the B's have got to keep it going. They still look a bit sloppy but hopefully they can just find the puck in the back of the net a few more times. All that matters.

Heinen had whole top corner and whiffed on breakaway. Darn.
