We're probably 2 years from seeing AD even being a trade possibility, but to get him we'd probably have to part ways with Tatum.
IMO, Davis is right there with Lebron as the best player in the game, and being so much younger, he's undeniably the most valuable single player in the world right now. If we're ever getting a player like that, they're going to want our best commodity, which, in 2 years, will almost certainly be Tatum.
SAC is likely going to be awful and that pick will be a high one. Obviously there's the slim chance we win (i.e. lose) the lottery. One thing to keep in mind, a lot of teams will be tanking come next spring, but SAC will have no reason to. They're going to try to win.
In light of that, I expect the pick to be in the 4-8 range. Maybe it won't be a #3 pick like Jayson and Jaylen, but it'll be a great asset nonetheless.
