Sucks though how Boston spent years rebuilding their team while the Lakers just suddenly became an instant contender by adding one free agent player to their team after years of sufferage and mediocrity.

Are there any options on the contract? Should we read anything into the fact that he went for the full four years? Does he know his body doesn’t have that much more in the tank and is taking advantage of one last big contract?

You know who else must be happy? The Raptors.  LeBron has been their roadblock — interesting to see what they can do if their roster isn’t blown apart this summer.
