seemed like a Cavs bias which would be expected.  didn't cost the C's the game whatsoever though.

It's not that the overall officiating was bad but there were some key fouls that were pretty bad which either did or could have swung momentum. The supposed block by Lebron on Rozier was a foul. He blocked his arm - I never knew that blocking an arm is part of the ball. That would have been huge at the time. There was an offensive call on Tatum that was bad and the in the vicinity calls for Lebron were bad. Otherwise I thought it wasn't terrible. I rated a 6.
Lebron made a good block on Rozier.  Lebron's hand first hit the ball and Rozier's hand on the ball.  There was incidental arm contact after the block.  You can see it clearly at 30 seconds of this video.

Okay I stand corrected. I never saw the 3rd angle. That is the only angle where it does show him getting the ball first.

My biggest beef is that Lebron's first move when he attacks the basket is to extend and pop the defender with his off hand shoving the player back and off balance. This creates an unfair matchup that allows him to get the angle at the rim. Then if somehow they recover or another player rotates he is always going to get the whistle to bail him out. They called a late foul on Terry Rozier and the replay clearly showed him getting whistled for being on the receiving end of a shove. The announcers went silent because they knew it wasn't anything but an offensive call.

Then the other end of the floor Al tries to post up and they are allowed to bang him and shove him in the back to prevent his move and he gets nothing. I see not giving a rookie that call, but our All-Star gets no respect and theirs lives in a Jordan type bubble.

So yes, the refs helped screw us and kept us from going back into Al in the post where we were most effective. You can't miss 32 three pointers and totally blame the refs, but the reason we had to shoot so many was because they were allowed to mug us in the post.
