it would be just like him to do this very thing .   LA does not want to keep and pay most of those players they wanted NO to take anyway . They were expendable soon as Bron arrived .  He was not teaming up with those clowns .  They wete just for trade once he arrived .  To get him the players HE wanted. 

Bron is not wasting one ounce of his body to the cause of playing out the season to be the 8 th seed .  Magic won't waste cap space for Beal or Gasol or such to help Bronnie .

So ....i think we ll,see Bron close up,shop in a few games.

If he can't win ....Bron takes his ball and goes home ....boo hoo

It was always NOLA's best strategy do go this rout.

Generally, they want bidders to keep raising the price.
Lakers know they have better chance to do the deal now, so NOLA waits for their best try.
They won't take it of course, as they know that offer (or better) will stand on the table in the summer.
Then they have this offer to raise Bostons and others offers.
