We gotta stay disciplined on their shooters. Especially Korver and Love
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Don't let someone not named LeBron beat you. That is all.

And pay close attention to Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson specifically, they always kill us. I'm encouraged that we have Baynes on Thompson now and Cleveland has no Kyrie. Could be the biggest differences, along with Tatum and Brown's improvement. Would be nice for Morris to finally play well, though.

Triple-team LeBron.

Make sure Kyle Korver doesn't get the ball or he'll destroy you.
Make sure Kevin Love doesn't get the ball or he'll rekt you.

Expect career nights from one of Jordan Clarkson/Rodney Hood/Larry Nance Jr./George Hill/Jeff Green.

This strategy is so wrong on so many levels.

1.  If you triple Lebron - two people will be open.  Lebron is too good a passer not to punish you if you try this.

2.  If you triple Lebron, how are you going to blanket cover Korver and Love?

3.  Those guys are the least of our worries.

Stevens is going to come up with a great gameplan.  If we just make Lebron work hard for every point he gets, hopefully he'll be too tired to do as much as he usually does.  Wear him down with numbers, rotate guys on to him to spread out the fouls.  Fortunately we have Morris, Tatum, Brown, and Horford that we can rotate on James.

Baynes can keep Love or Thompson in check.  Smart will be an ex-factor on defense.

I believe it will be a tough series but we have enough to hang with Cleveland.  If we lose it will be in 6 or 7 games.  But we just might pull an upset.  They key is to hold serve at home.  Win those first 2 home games and we have a real shot at pulling this off even if they win both of the first 2 games in Cleveland.

Triple-team LeBron.

thats why I think you occasionally double Lebron. Lebron  takes an extraordinary number of shots per game. He needs to be doubled especially when he goes into low post or high post he takes a lot of those mid range fadeaways
