He flips them up there... its crazy hes been hitting them (over 30% right?)    I have not checked.   But they all have looked decent.   LOL    I guess he is considered a stretch 5 now?   Really spreads the floor and pulls Embiid out.....  WILD
Try .471%

8 of 17 in the playoffs, it's crazy. He's our best shooter ;)
He's at 28.9% from 3 if you include playoffs.
Yeah, but 21 attempts in 81 regular season games vs 17 attempts in 11 playoff games is a bit different. Most of his regular season 3's weren't really designed to be there, were more bailout shots

Amazing way to troll the opposition defence. I can still remember back in a 2014 regular season match with the Spurs. They went on a bit of a 3rd quarter run. Baynes pulls up and knocks down a 3 from the top of the key. Broke our spirits

If the Celts continue to shoot this well they'll sweep GSW.  This is ridiculous.

Let’s go Baynes baybee.

Edit: Sorry for inserting a “nothing” comment, I mistakenly thought this was the Game Thread. Baynes has made more 3’s this playoffs than his entire regular season career! That speaks volumes to his work ethic throughout the season IMO. (Hope that’s better!)

Aron Baynes made more 3-pointers during this series (seven) than Robert Covington (six) and Marco Belinelli (five).

Corner 3, wide open? Sure why not.

Anywhere else? Eh.

He’s shooting .474 from downtown in the playoffs.

Baynes is hitting forty seven percent in the playoffs.

Plus, it is a devastating psycological weapon.

Don't know if I trust it, but I'm amazed how quick his release has been.

Quicker than Amir and that's surprising.

Situationally. You had to draw Embiid out of the paint or punish him if he decided to play way off Baynes. If Baynes can hit wide open corner 3s - and it looks like he can - makes things that much harder on the defense. I’m not sure the Cavs have an elite rim protector; Thompson is more of a plus rebounder than a shot blocker, as I recall, so the calculus is a little different, but it still might be worth it to open up the lane for Tatum and Brown - when they beat their man nobody is waiting for them as a secondary shot blocker, and the rotations Cleveland has to make will be a heck of a lot longer. Tough on a Cavs defense that nobody considers elite.

Series should be the opposite of Sixers - Cavs are a mediocre defensive team at best, probably won’t to run much, but can be devastating in halfcourt offense.
