I haven't seen fans around here crying out that Lebron got mugged on the way to the rim at the end of that game. I think there are many instances in which he is fouled and doesn't get the call. This happens to every NBA player, but more so to Lebron because people can't stop him.
Anecdotally I play in a men's basketball league and get fouled a decent amount (as well as divvying out a decent amount of "handcheck type" fouls b/c I lack lateral quickness). I got hammered recently with an elbow to the head and wanted to go through the roof. I actually think these guys maintain their composure quite well. I would end up getting kicked out of games and fined if I did what I'm sure many want to do.
Re: replay: I'm ok expanding replay, though I'm gun shy of making the end of any NBA game even slower. It is frustrating to me when the last 2 minutes of a game seem to take 15 minutes. It slows down a fast game, and almost makes the result anti-climatic.
