Tatum is a more advanced player than Brown, but can you name a more polished NBA player under 21 than Tatum  in the NBA?

CBS seems to really like Brown on the court.

I'm really happy with Tatum.

19 years old looks like a vet already.

Surely,  nobody is still whining for Fultz.
