I can't understand the point being made by the O.P. here, sorry.
The way I see it, the only component we have on this entire team that suggests "win now" is Al Horford, purely due to his age. For that reason I would personally like to see him moved if possible for a < 27 year old star or semi-star big man who better fits with the age of the rest of this group.
Other then that we have a roster being built around a 25 year old Kyrie, 27 year old Hayward, and a pair of super talented <22 year old prospects...AND we still have multiple future first round picks left.
Don't get me wrong, I am a little concerned by out ability to add future talent - we are at the salary cap already, and don't have many high value picks, and all of our players who have high market value are guys we don't want to give up..so acquiring more talent might be hard.
And on the other hand, I don't believe we have enough talent right now to compete with Golden State...so that leaves us potentially in limbo a little...
But fact is, we're probably in a better place then we were with a 28 year old injured Isaiah Thomas and a Brooklyn pick.
My biggest worry is that we took a sidestep with these moves rather than an upgrade. Before this offseason began, I felt like we were a good team now, with a gloriously bright future that has almost no limits.
After the moves we made, I feel like we are a slightly better team now on paper, but probably won't get any further since our main rival (Cavs) also got better...and I feel our future is very good, but not quite so unlimited as it was 3 months ago. I do have some mixed feelings about where we are versus where we were...only time will tell if my concerns are unfounded.
