I think the Cavs have another trade lined up after getting buyers remorse. Ask for the moon and if not on to trade B.

These conspiracy theories mean that the Cavs medical staff is violating their ethical duty as physicians and they all should lose their licenses.

So, The Cavs ordered a plate of Fillet, Potatoes, Asparagus and salad(Brook pick, IT, Crowder and Zizic). They were told potatoes were a little lumpy and not quite ready but they accepted it anyway. They got their meal and now realize, they want some Lobster with that fillet(Tatum/or Brown or Lakers pick perhaps) to make up for the lumpy spuds. I say throw them out of restaurant if they dont eat what they ordered or they can go next door to the pizzeria and get a large pizza pie with sausage and meatballs(Bledsoe, Bender, and late to mid first pick) . Enjoy, and say goodbye to Lebron for me while you are eating that pizza.

We shouldn't give them anything. Not even a 2nd rounder. Ainge made a deal, he should stick to his guns.

No team that Irving will play for can give them anything nearly as good as the BRK pick.

They can go get *****d.

Do they really think they're getting the recent #3 pick on top of a surefire top 8 pick (at worst), an incredibly valuable contract in Jae, and a decent young big in Zizic, as well as whatever IT is.

Get out of here Cleveland.
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Lulz.

"Hey, so, I know we closed on the house already.  Buuut we did a more thorough inspection and we feel that it'd only be fair for you to add something extra to finalize the deal.  We'd like you to throw in your Tesla.  Howsaboutit?"

If this is the sticking point, the trade is off.

The Tesla? This is like asking for the beach house.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Completely agree - TP.

Even if we hadn't given them IT or Crowder, the fact that they got the Brooklyn pick unprotected is already better than any other team can/will offer. Add in a solid player like Crowder and at least part of a season of IT, and the Cavs got a steal considering they had zero leverage after Irving's public trade demand. Ainge should absolutely walk if Cleveland seriously pursues any additional compensation whatsoever. What a joke of an organization.

Tatum or Brown too? F-OFF Cavs. Back out- at this point, we deal with the awkwardness of bringing IT and Crowder back.

If Ainge is stupid enough to let them have Tatum, I think I'll just walk away from the team for a while. Hard for me to watch him commit organizational suicide.

jesus murphy! . take a chill pill man.... tatum has a snowballs chance in hell of going to the cavs.

Excellent opportunity to get out of a bad deal.  Ainge should take advantage of it immediately.

Sigh.

This farce may last for many more days the way things are going. As an impatient and entitled fan, I object to them not giving me instant gratification.  ;D

I just saw on Twitter that the trade is voided if not completed by Wednesday.

My guess is, if this thing gets voided, there's no going back to the table.

Isn't it the other way around? The trade is complete, but teams have until Wednesday to void it due to physicals.
