Get isaiah back with all the best medical and rehab
If he can come back later in season for the playoffs
He then can showcase himself and build his value as repaired and as good as new.
IF not he gets operated on and misses the season'
THE FANS LOVE HIM we keep our nets pick
,Give Crowder a new contract with a raise and trade him
or a raise and play him-Keep two potential lottery picks for a big guy who can play
-We will need that against philly

I just wish that Lakers Pick would be conveyed from 2-7, NOT just 2-5.

We really NEED that pick to convey now, but man those are some tough protections. It would suck if somehow the Lakers ended up being decent and so we have zero lottery picks this next summer.

Btw @rollie you must be really mad about all this. Forget a thread title with all lower case letters... this one has ALL CAPS LOL.

Absolutely not Rollie. You should know better. Best player in the Deal is Irving therefore we win the Deal. It's that simple.

isaiah has a chance to win a ring this year
isaiah is a free agent and has opportunity to play and shine with lebron against the warriors
isaiah this was a win win for you-some players chase a ring forever-

Wow! What an awful idea on so many levels! Thomas might be cooked and I don't have much confidence in our medical staff considering their track record. Then you want to give Crowder a raise, despite his contract being one of the most attractive things about him.

At least you didn't bring up Gerald Green...TP for that!

Rollie, just a couple of days ago you were talking about IT as an injury waiting to happen and saying that Brad now has some real talent to work with.   Why would confirmation of Isaiah's health issue lead you to want to abandon the deal?

We now NEED the deal (assuming Cs don't give up more assets to get it done).

Sorry can't agree with this.

Even if he rehabs the NBA looks at him as damaged goods, he will be viewed as a serious injury waiting to happen. I'm sure he, and Crowder don't feel happy coming back here either.

No...this isn't good.

We have.

KILL THE DEAL.

Explain to me what's practical about keeping and injured aging ball hogging point guard, a role player,  both of whom will stunt our young development, a bench big and a pick that may or may not pan out as opposed to a young all star point guard?  I'll wait

No, this would be terrible in all senses. We need a star in Irving, we need to clear space in the SF rotation and we need to get some value for IT before summer of 2018.

Zizic and the pick compensate the tremendous talent Irving is. USA basketball doesn't choose poor players to run the national team...
