Tatum with the game winner. 21 pts, 7 boards, 5 stls.  Jalen had 29 and 13; was the best on the floor.   Fultz was 6/15 with 17.

It's nice to see some action and our young wings come out strong.

Jaylen better be starting over Crowder by year end. We need to get this kid on the court as often as possible.

7/11 are going to be hard to deal with in a few years. Tatum is going to be special. He's got the entire package. I think Ainge may have two studs. Fultz played well.

Not going to overreact.

Tatum 1. Fultz 0.

Tatum is CLUTCH. Fultz is a CHOKER.

Really impressed with Jaylen, think he takes a huge step forward this year.

Tatum channeling PP on that game winner was the icing on the cake

Overall, was fairly pleased with what I saw.

Tatum is as advertised.  Or economical and looks to be a professional scorer.  His shot will be ther and I think he'll eventually be a 20 scorer.  Obviously is not afraid of the moment.

Jaylen got his, though not nearly as impressed with his game as many on the game thread.  His quickness and athleticism have improved.  Handle still a little shaky but just way too out of control way to often.  Those saying he need start this year need to slow their roll.  He'll be the same as last year until he can be effective without being out of control.

Zizic is a bruiser and a plodder.  No offensive game whatsoever.  If this were the the 1970's he might be a starter.  As it is, looks like a bench guy long term at best.  Would not be surprised if he washed out completely.

Nader looks solid again.  Should make the team and can fill in when needed.

Fultz looks like the real deal. Also made mistakes but more forgivable for a first year player versus a second year guy.

Zizic needs to work with McHale on his footwork. He has some work to do but he's definitely strong in the paint.

Exactly. I told the wife he looked just like Pierce on that shot.

7/11 played great. I liked what I saw with Zizic and Nader! I wasn't overly impressed with Jackson.

Fultz looked pretty good. Tatum just looked better. Brown and Tatum just need minutes. Zizic wasn't impressive but I think he's going to fill his role. He's bigger than I thought. Nadar should earn a roster spot as well.

Brown looked like a ringer--he doesn't belong in the D-League. Zizic will help up front this year, but that is easy to do on this team. He can bang.

Tatum showed the moves and the shot.

It's early, but who needs Hayward?

So Boston's 33s are pretty good. There was a time not too long ago that we had another 33 but that was just one man.
