His pre Big 3 drafting record is great. His during Big 3 draft record is ok, mostly because he drafted Bradley, and Davis contibuted at least. His post Big 3 draft record is pretty bad, though the jury is still out on 2016 and 2017.
Besides Bradley, this current team is built on Stevens, trades, and free agent signings. Olynyk and Smart are the only draftees that are doing anything, and they're role players.
I won't say he's been bad the past 4-5 years or so but he also hasn't been as excellent as you might expect an organization that gets a lot of positive press for doing things "the right way" to be. They haven't had that huge home run of a pick like a Gobert, Giannis, Draymond, or Jokic. And they haven't had really solid picks like a Gary Harris, Clint Capela, or Khris Middleton. Basically, he's drafted two role players in Olynyk and Smart. No stars and no starters on a good team.
