People are WAAAAAY overthinking this.
Hayward is seriously thinking of leaving Utah. If he was perfectly happy there, he'd just take his max extension and wouldn't bother with all this.
That he's apparently only meeting right away with Boston and Miami indicates that he's not unhappy with Utah but is looking for something better. If he was desperate to leave the Jazz behind he'd want to look at a lot more than two options.
What this ultimately comes down to is how much Hayward and his family want to guarantee that five year max money. If the money is #1, and I couldn't blame them if it was, he's staying in Utah. If not, he's probably coming to Boston. Miami strikes me as a "Well, since we're looking anyway, why not check them out" fallback position.
Utah getting Rubio or resigning Ingles isn't going to matter.
