Bubbling, flammable speculation that the Philadelphia 76ers will trade for Boston’s No. 1 overall pick and use it on Markelle Fultz was scheduled to spill out of control this afternoon as the former Washington star arrives for a workout. Sixers big man Joel Embiid just lit a match and tossed it on the intrigue by posing with Dario Saric next to a customized Fultz locker. 15 mins ago – via The Big Lead
Anything we can do to help our division rivals, I am all for it. Who needs another shooter anyways and our first and only first pick in a draft in our lifetime. Wake me when this nightmare is over. Everyone is gushing about Fultz but us.

I'd guess the Sixers do that for the other top prospects, if not all, that they bring in to workout. I'd assume most other teams do as well.
Nothing better than building perennial powerhouses in our own division!! I can see maybe making this deal for some team out West or even another non-divisional Eastern Conference team. But it makes no sense whatsoever to make this deal with Philly, who is already on the rise and will seriously challenge us going forward.
