Slovenia is very likeable team. They are fun to watch and they also have Doncic....  The most exciting thing i can remember in Europe since ..... ever!!

Serbia is a real team. My kind of team :D

I was impressed by Russia. They have changed their style , they play more organised basketball and Sved so far looks like an NBA all star.......

But still i like the other two team better and i think that Serbia will be a tougher opponent for Slovenia in the final

lol - I instantly recognized the YouTube video.

This Russian team has good chemistry- Mogzov apart, every player is from Khimki, Lokomotiv Kuban or CSKA. Bazarevich is a quiet guy, a quality I like in coaches, more of a motivator than a strategist. And I like Shved since his days in Philly: good 3pt and a smart passer.

But it's mostly for personal reasons, such as speaking the language, that I support Russia. Good luck to all four teams for the three remaining days.

Classical serbian classroom in order. As Marjanović gives a beautiful frog assist.

That assist was insane. Meanwhile, the Russians made a comeback in the start of the 3rd quarter.

Update: Serbia still ahead and the 4th is approaching its end. Serbs scored 20/27 in the paint so far (iirc Russians were 10/13).

During this Euro I have been pondering what kind of impact will Bogdanović bring to the Kings.
He is a good shooter with a versatile jumper (spot up/of the dribble/midrange game)
He can operate as a 2ndary creator in PNRs.
He is a solid and at times feisty on-ball defender with good wingspan and ok lateral quickness.
He is much more experienced than the usual rookie. (many Euroleague games and International competitions)
I think he can produce right away.

In the second half, the Russians slowed down Marjanovich but then Bogdanovich stepped up.

79-87

It's good he will play for Sacramento. It is a team that has connections in Serbia and they have minutes to give Bogdanovich.

Androslav, did the Russians used ICE against the PnR? I don't have a good eye for these things.

@Androslav and @Ederson

Thanks for your kind words, TP for you both.

The final, as you were expecting, will be Slovenia-Serbia. Had they not splitted, a Yugoslavian team now could challenge the USA national team.

They did some, but were mixing it up due to foul trouble, read Marjanović. Serbians Iced more, logically, again cause of Marjanović.
