Because of his ability to create his own shot, Hayward takes many more shots than Crowder. He has more shots available to him period. By you saying his shooting percentage is the same as Crowder you're making the point that Hayward is the more valuable scorer. He has a much better handle, more size, he's a better passer, he's a much more of a complete player.
Crowder is a nice 3 and D player, with a good contract. He's not really valuable at much else. He is know where near a "go to" scorer.
Now to Griffin...I'd love to have the version of Griffin 4 years ago, I'd even settle for the 2017 version. Although EVERYONE agrees his game is aging quickly. I just don't want to tie-up all that money and have him play 50 games a year.
