Not a chance they make 11 consecutive finals.

This is unrealistic if only because somebody will probably get dissatisfied and leave before then (probably Klay?), but if it stays as currently constituted there is no reason to expect that this team won't at least reach the finals every year.

It's more or less impossible to construct a team that would be favored against them under current CBA rules.

The Lakers might be relevant and become a hindrance to the Warriors when they draft Lonzo Ball, acquire PG13 and play along with their core of Randle/Ingram/Clarkson/Mozgov.

There are an awful lot of things that can unravel a possible dynasty, and we've seen them time and time again. Personality conflicts. Bad front office decisions. Injuries. Complacency. Emergence of new talent. And plain old bad luck.

We'll see.

That said, LeBron is on his 7th straight final, so in that LeBron is his own team at times, it's not completely far-fetched for the Warriors to do the same if they keep this core together.

OKC had the best thing going then they refused to pay James Harden, traded Ibaka and did not have the strong front office to make KD and Westbrook realize that they were better together.

They cheated their fans of a dynasty.

They cheated their fans of a dynasty.

And all of Seattle rejoiced.

Well yeah, in fact I think it's more impressive to do it as one player on two different teams. It's crazy.

But I think we can safely say that Lebron is on another level compared to anyone on GS. They will have to stick together, at least most of them.

While we're on the subject of the Finals I'm just going to take this opportunity to whine about how they have stretched it out.

For me it really kills the energy and any feeling of momentum or urgency. It's just silly. You don't need three ****g weeks to play seven games.

Yeah, I'm with you there.  I get the extra day off when flying coast-to-coast, which they've unfortunately added more of by getting rid of the 2-3-2 format.  But two days off between games one and two is just stupid.

It's not just because I can't wait to hear "With the #1 pick in the 2017 NBA draft..." either.

Be honest, it is partly because of that, right? lol
