Well all of those three play great defense, esp. PG13 and Butler, but even Hayward is one of the better defenders in this league (not elite, but still REALLY good).

We've already got elite defenders in Smart and Bradley, a good defender in Crowder and solid vet defenders in Amir and Al, yet we still have played AWFUL defense too often this season.
